Vesta Partners in Asia
The leadership team of Vesta Partners has extensive corporate finance advisory experience in Asia. Co-founder Theodore (Ted) Burns was previously employed with the International Privatization Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as resident project manager of the USAID-funded SOE IPO Pilot Project in Indonesia and the ADB-funded Restructuring Program for SOEs in Gujarat, and had additional project and transaction experience in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Thailand, China and South Korea. Managing Director Ken Burd also worked with PwC in Japan and South Korea, and later held roles with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, based in Hong Kong, with projects in China, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. The pair has since undertaken a number of capital raising engagements through Vesta Partners with clients based in Thailand and Myanmar.
